Michael C. Hall first came into view as David Fisher on the hit show “Six Feet Under.” Since, he took on the role as blood spatter guru and serial killer in the show “Dexter.” The show’s writing took a dive – and with it, the ratings. Still, he made a lot of money off of killing people as the show progressed.
